Yes, we have a mailing list that is send every month with some of our great specials.  

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, We offer Wholesale pricing for our first time wholesale costumers we ask you to buy a minimum of $300.00 dollars.

Why might my jewelry look a little different in person?

Every effort is made to accurately represent the colors in a jewelry design. I have excellent photography software, and a High Def computer screen. I continually edit to match the colors. If the receiver’s computer screen is not exact, then the colors will appear different. The photos of jewelry are the design that is sold. The usual response I receive from customers, is that the product is far more beautiful than the photograph.

Domestic: 
Orders will be shipped by the carrier you select within 1 business days after receipt of your payment. If you are in hurry, please contact us, we can work something out that better suits your needs!



International: 
Orders will be shipped by the carrier you select within 2 business days after receipt of your payment. International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees assigned at customs.
 Orders will be shipped to the address you provided at BZK Jewelry, unless you specify otherwise. We will not be responsible for items lost in the mail. Please allow several weeks for delivery of your package.

Local pick-up:  May be arranged at our Miami Store during business hours 10:30am to 6:00pm

What is your return/exchange policy?

BZK Jewelry has a 30-day, return/exchange policy. If your BZK Jewelry purchase does not meet your expectations, we will be glad to offer an exchange or return for an in-store credit for up to 30 days after the original purchase date. Modified or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can custom or special orders.

What warranties do you offer?

Jewelry Warranty – We provide a lifetime warranty on jewelry. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship and includes any repair work necessary to bring the jewelry back to original condition. This warranty does not cover any damage to the jewelry due to misuse or neglect.

Do you design and create custom jewelry?

Yes. We are custom handmade design specialists. Any of our knowledgeable staff will be able to assist you in the creation of a custom jewelry piece.

When I leave my jewelry for repair, how will I know I’m getting back the same gemstone?

For over 13 years we’ve been earning the trust of our customers through outstanding service and exacting attention to detail, including a stringent protocol for accepting jewelry for repair. During our “take-in” procedure, we will examine your diamond or gemstone under a microscope and you’ll be invited to look also, so you can see what’s unique about your jewelry. Repairs are performed on-site so your jewelry never leaves our store. Recognizing what’s unique about your jewelry, you’ll be assured that this is the same piece you left in our care.
